The IAM/Swissport – PHX Agreement will expire on March 24, 2023. This bulletin will serve as an official call for contract proposals. All proposals are to be submitted on a contract proposal form and should be received at the District Lodge 142 office no later than February 17, 2023. When submitting more than one proposal, please use a separate form for each.
Each submission must contain the following information:
- Identify the article and paragraph you propose to be amended
- Proposed contract language change or modification
- Example of problem with current language or reason for change
- Your name, Local Lodge/Station, and employee number and/or IAM Book number
