The parties met for negotiations on May 23, 24, and 25, 2017 at the La Quinta Appleton, Wisconsin. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources, Randall Moulton, ORF Base Manager and Ashley Krueger, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Grand Lodge Representative Rich Johnsen, General Chair Jerry Lemke, Negotiation Committee Members, Gary Vargo, Jason Saledas, Seneca Harris and Allan James Ross.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 9, 15, 27, 34, and TBD 1 Uniforms. A tentative agreement was achieved on Articles 15 and 34.
At this point we have accomplished tentative agreements on Articles 3, 4, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 30, 31, 32, 34 and 35.
Negotiations will resume on June 20, 21, and 22, 2017 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Future negotiation meetings are planned on July 18, 19, 20, 2017 in Chicago, Illinois and August 15, 16, 17, 2017 location to be determined.
The Company is still not sharing any information concerning the United flying and Maintenance Stations.
