Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Independence Day is a time for all Americans to celebrate freedom, and for union members, it holds an even deeper significance. Our Founding Fathers fought for independence, and as union members, we continue that fight today by advocating for the rights and freedoms of all workers.
As we gather with family and friends this Fourth of July, let’s reflect on our union’s achievements and progress and celebrate being a part of a community that values equality, justice, and freedom for all. Let’s honor the hard work and dedication of our members who contribute to our union’s growth and success. Let’s also celebrate the collective power that we have when we stand together for our rights and fair treatment.
The spirit of solidarity and unity that brings us together as union members is a true testament to the values of independence and democracy.
