Dear Sisters and Brothers:
The National Mediation Board (NMB) has issued its official Notice of Election in the Alaska Airlines/Hawaiian Airlines representation case. Along with the notice, the NMB has provided Sample Instructions and a Sample Ballot, all of which we are sharing here for our members’ awareness.
These documents outline the NMB-administered voting process and the materials the Carrier is required to post at all work locations. Please note:
- If you have not received a ballot in the mail by December 23rd, you must ask for a new ballot.
- All requests should be made by mail only; calls and emails are not allowed.
- Your vote must be received by February 12, 2026.
As always, District 142 remains fully engaged in protecting our members’ rights throughout this election, and we encourage every eligible voter to review the attached information carefully so you are prepared for the upcoming balloting period.
