We have been advised retired General Chair Norm Riker passed away earlier this week. Norm was a General Chair from March 19, 2001 until his retirement August 1, 2010. Norm handled many of the New York area contracts assigned to District 142. No details for services were available at this time. Our thoughts are with his family during this time.
