Dear Sisters and Brothers:
The ratification vote for the new Tentative Agreement (TA) will be online only. Voting will open Monday, June 19, 2023, at 5:00 a.m. EDT and close Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. EDT (adjust for your time zone). The vote is being administered by a company called “BallotPoint.”
BallotPoint will begin sending emails to our PSA Airlines members the week of June 12 – 16, 2023. These emails will contain the information you need to cast your vote for the ratification of the tentative agreement.
The first email will include the dates/times of the ratification vote, links to the TA and Highlight Sheet, and contact information should you need assistance. The second email will arrive shortly after voting opens and will include a “Vote Now” link which will take you directly to the online voting website. This email will also contain information on how to recast your vote, should you make a mistake.
Attached to this bulletin you will find examples of the two emails you will receive. Note: these are samples only and the final wording will be specific to you and may be slightly different.
We hope that all of our members will take the opportunity to review the Highlights and Redline TA on the atd142.org website. You may also obtain copies from a Shop Steward or General Chair. We are scheduling Zoom webinars for the week of June 12 – 16, 2023, for anyone who needs additional information or cannot speak to a Shop Steward or General Chair in person. More information including webinar dates/times and how to log in is coming soon.
