As you may or may not have read, Southwest Airlines has finally fixed the Uniform Allowance amounts negotiated by your IAM District 142 representatives, and voted on by you the members back in December 2022.
The Union negotiated increases for uniforms annually from $250.00 to $300.00, along with an accrual amount from $500.00 to $600.00. This information can be found in Article 19, Uniforms, Paragraph B.
