Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM District 142 has reached a new Tentative Agreement with Allied Aviation EWR. Highlights of the new tentative agreement include:
- Wage increases of 8.5% on date of ratification (DOR)
- Wage increases of 4% at DOR + 12 months and 4.5% at DOR + 24 months.
- Three-year agreement including a three-month early opener (section 6) provision.
- Improvements to longevity pay and skill pay
- Additional holidays
IAM District 142 representatives will be on hand in EWR on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, to answer any questions or concerns you have about this new agreement.
A copy of the Redline Tentative Agreement is now posted on the District 142 website. Information regarding the upcoming Ratification Vote will also be posted soon.
