IAM District 142 is pleased to announce we have reached a Tentative Agreement for our members at Allied Aviation in San Antonio, TX (SAT).
Highlights of the new agreement include wage increases of 6 – 10%, a $200 signing bonus, and improvements to the grievance procedure. The redline tentative agreement is linked below and is available on the District 142 website at www.atd142.org/allied-aviation.

A contract ratification vote will be held online beginning August 28, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time and ending on August 29, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Central Time. The IAM Ballot Site will administer the vote. Information on how to cast your vote and what to expect will be posted soon.
