Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 team concluded negotiations with Signature Flight Support IAD on November 20, 2024, resulting in a Tentative Agreement to be brought to the membership for review and a vote on the terms.
The Tentative Agreement provides for increases in base rates of up to 17% for the life of the agreement, which is for a 4-year term, increases in shift differential and other premiums, Personal Holiday increase, and improvements in uniform language.
We are in the process of drafting a redline copy of your agreement, with all proposed changes clearly marked. When completed, it will be provided to the membership for their review for a minimum of five (5) days, after which the committee and your General Chair, Bill Wise, will be available for questions and clarifications before the ratification vote.
The ratification vote will be accomplished no later than the week of December 16, 2024. Notification of the date, time, and location of the polling will be following very shortly.
