IAM District 142 is proud to announce we have reached a Tentative Agreement for our members at Signature Flight Support ORD.
Highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 13% increases over the term of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for a 4-year duration (5%, 2.5%, 2.5%, and 3%)
- 5% increase effective 1/15/24 (retroactive)
- Increased Lead and QA Premiums (50% increases)
- Increased sick pay usage
- Attendance Policy enhancements

District 142 General Chair Bill Wise will hold membership meetings on the property on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 for questions and clarifications.

A ratification vote will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, on the property. The polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
