Military Service: 6 years in the USMC from 1995-2001 as a helicopter mechanic with 4 1/2 of those years in Quantico, VA with HMX-1 the Presidential Helicopter Squadron as a mechanic on Marine One.

IAM History/Experience: Shop Steward and System Chief Steward.

What do you love most about your job? Seeing the planes depart and knowing that I had a part in making sure they are airworthy and as safe as possible – and the flight benefits.

Something interesting about yourself: I have been on a Trap Shooting League every summer since 2002.
