Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAMAW District Lodge 142 members at Swissport in Las Vegas have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA) which includes an average 3.9% wage increase on date of signing and an average 6% wage increase over the life of the three-year agreement.
The newly ratified agreement also includes improvements such as:
- Improved 401k plan with a 100% match on the first 3% employee contribution and a 50% match on the next 2% employee contribution
- Improvements in temporary lead pay and training premiums for upgraded employee’s entire shift
- Increased hourly longevity pay
- $2 per hour taxable wage benefit for those employees who do not take the Swissport company medical insurance
- Additional personal days off each year
- Vacation cash out option
