IAM/AIR WISCONSIN COFPS AND MRP NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

Your District 142 COFPS and MRP negotiations teams met with Air Wisconsin leadership the week of May 9, 2023, at IAM District 141 Headquarters in Chicago. Your negotiations committee and General Chairs were assisted by IAM Air Transport Territory Airline Coordinator Tom Regan, Grand Lodge Representative Kris Hannah, and District 142 President/Directing General Chair John Coveny.

This week, the team focused on the economics portion of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. We had dialogue with the company in regard to pay scale, license premiums and longevity in an attempt to reach a short-term agreement to help stabilize the Company and provide our members with much needed raises.

Both the COFPS and the MRP teams reviewed all proposals that the members submitted to determine issues that would enhance these discussions.

The Company and Union both proposed future dates to continue these negotiations and have confirmed the week of July 10, 2023, in Milwaukee. More dates will be announced once agreed upon by both sides.

Thank you for your continued support. Together we will achieve an agreement that will reward our members for the dedication and commitment to the Airline. As always if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to your Shop Stewards, Negotiations Committee or General Chairs.

In Solidarity,

John M. Coveny, Jr.
President/Directing General Chair

Justin Bates
General Chair

John Bidoglio
