Your IAM negotiation committee met in Dallas, Texas, from Wednesday, December 11, 2024, to Thursday, December 12, 2024.
During these negotiation sessions, the company and union had very productive discussions regarding several articles in the contract. We are happy to announce that we have reached tentative agreements on the following articles:

- Article 21 Moving Expenses
- Article 23 Saving Clause
- Article 29 Union Membership-Check-Off/Dues /Maintenance
While we are hopeful this progress will continue, we appreciate your patience and support through this process.
Our next negotiation sessions will be December 17–18, 2024, in Dallas, Texas.
