Dear Sisters and Brothers:
The NOC NCP Negotiations Committee met with the company at Southwest Airlines headquarters in Dallas from January 27 to 29, 2025.
Both parties discussed Article 6, Hours of Service, related to shift bids and trades, and Article 5, Classifications.
A Tentative Agreement was reached for Article 26, Relief Agent/Representative, although that Article may still be reviewed depending on other relative open Articles.
We have scheduled negotiations to resume in Dallas on March 26 – 28, 2025. The Union and Company will work together to schedule additional dates and communicate them once they are established.
