Negotiations with Southwest Airlines resumed at company headquarters in Dallas, TX, on April 16 – 17, 2025.
This session was productive, with discussions leading to the following Tentative Agreements:
- Article Seven: Overtime
- Article Fourteen: Vacations
- Article Twenty-Two: Holidays/Flexible Time Off
Both parties are committed to establishing additional dates to continue adiscussions on the remaining open Articles before the next scheduled session on May 13 – 15, 2025. We will communicate any progress regarding the scheduling of these additional dates.
