IAM District 142 is proud to announce that we have reached an Agreement in Principle for our members at Lufthansa Technik in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
Over the next several weeks, the Union and the Company will continue working together to finalize the language and ensure the agreement is properly formatted for presentation to the membership. Once completed, full details of the Agreement will be shared with our members, along with the next steps.
A special thanks to the National Mediation Board Mediators Jack Stephan and Gerry McGuckin for their assistance in helping the parties reach this agreement. This has been a long road, but it is now time to move ahead and focus on the success of Lufthansa Technik.
We remain committed to keeping you informed every step of the way and will provide regular updates as the process moves forward.
