Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your District 142 Negotiations Committee met with Menzies Aviation ORD 474 at Local 1487 on June 2, 2026, to continue negotiations.
After exchanging passes on the remaining articles, the Union and the Company reached an Agreement in Principle.
Over the next couple of weeks, we will compile all changes and format them into a redlined Tentative Agreement. The agreement will then go through an approval process by both parties’ leadership to ensure it is ready to be presented to the membership. Please be patient and watch for the next bulletin, which will explain the next steps in the process.
We look forward to presenting you with a contract you can be proud of. Remember, the only accurate source of information will come from District 142 and your Negotiating Committee.
