IAM Members at Amentum Customs & Border Protection Overwhelmingly Ratify Collective Bargaining Agreement

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

District 142 is proud to announce that our members at Amentum Customs & Border Protection in Homestead, FL, have ratified their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with a 100% YES vote.

This new contract secures wage and retirement increases, continued benefits, increases in Lead, Inspector, shift, license, and hazmat premiums, and more.

Your IAM Negotiating Committee would like to thank all our members who stayed engaged throughout this process, attended the Tentative Agreement (TA) informational meetings, and cast their votes. Your support and solidarity made this important ratification possible.

Your Union Leadership will work with the Company to ensure that the provisions of this contract are implemented correctly and in a timely manner. We appreciate your continued support and patience as we work through this process.
