Please note that this is a sample ballot only for your reference. Please do not complete and submit this ballot in any way. If you do so, your vote will be invalidated.
If you are eligible to vote by absentee ballot, please submit your ballot request as soon as possible so we can mail your ballot to you and you can return it to the District 142 offices in Phoenix by December 11, 2026.
