As we previously stated, ExpressJet has applied for approval from the U.S. DOT to restart operations as an independent carrier. Keep in mind they will be beginning with only one aircraft and looking to increase to ten aircrafts within twelve months. We are in communication with the Company and we have reaffirmed that all recalls must be handled in accordance with Section 12 of the IAM/ExpressJet Collective Bargaining Agreement. There will be an email sent prior to any recalls to gauge interest in returning to work. These emails will not be actual recalls and all recall notices will be mailed to your last address on file. Please make sure your email and addresses are up to date with the Company by emailing .
