Dear Sisters and Brothers:
With the overwhelming number of violations surrounding the outsourced reservations center and the Company’s continued support of these actions, we have filed for arbitration and are awaiting dates to bring this issue before the System Board of Adjustment.
We would like to express gratitude to the membership for the sustained vigilance and for treating this matter with the urgency it deserves. Please continue to file grievances when additional violations are discovered. These will be incorporated into the already extensive list of examples of outsourced work. Documentation is key to the success of any grievance, and this continued flow of data remains crucial.
We will provide additional updates when they become available.
