IAM DISTRICT 142 MEMBERS AT PSA AIRLINES OVERWHELMINGLY RATIFY NEW COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

IAM District 142 members at PSA Airlines have overwhelmingly voted to ratify a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The new four-year agreement includes significant improvements to wages, benefits, premiums, 401k, and work rules.

IAM members at PSA Airlines work as Maintenance Controllers, Inspectors, Lead Mechanics, Aircraft Mechanics, Maintenance Training Instructors, Avionics Technicians, and Aircraft Cleaners/Utility Persons.

“The members at PSA Airlines made it abundantly clear what their expectations were going into these negotiations and they have stood their ground from day one in order to get the contract that they deserve,” said District 142 President/Directing General Chair John M. Coveny, Jr. “This negotiating team worked tirelessly to reach this moment and we are proud of the work they accomplished working hand in hand with the District, the Grand Lodge, and most importantly the members on the floor. They have shown true Solidarity.”

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our members at PSA who took the time to get involved and vote for your new contract. Your Negotiating Team members, shop stewards, and your General Chair will be available in the coming weeks to assist with the implementation of your new CBA. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them with your questions or concerns.

Sincerely and fraternally,

John M. Coveny, Jr.
