IAM/PSA AIRLINES NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED – HIGHLIGHTS AND REDLINE

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

As was previously announced last week, a tentative agreement has been reached for the IAM members at PSA Airlines. Listed below are some highlights from the tentative agreement:

  • Average DOR wage increases of 23.81%
  • Two raises this year (on DOR and Nov 2023) for topped-out employees
  • Top of scale gets a raise Nov 2027
  • Insurance costs locked in for the life of the contract
  • Signing bonus of 8% of gross wages calculated from 12 months prior to DOR
  • Flexible Hiring Rates w/protection for current Employees
  • Revised field service rules
  • Revised bidding language
  • The highest DOR wage increase is 34.59% or $8.61/hour
  • Eliminated a pay step in the wage scale to shorten time to top pay.
  • The average increase over the life of the contract is 57.15%. The highest is 70.86%
  • Increase to 401k match at 20 years of service
  • Revised language for work rules throughout CBA
  • Revised grievance procedure
  • Nine (9) month early opener provision
  • 5-year duration with increases in all years
