Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAMAW District Lodge 142 has reached a tentative agreement with Swissport in Las Vegas, Nevada (LAS). If ratified our members would see an average 3.9% wage increase on date of signing with an average 6% wage increase over the life of the three-year agreement.
In addition to wage increases, highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- Increased hourly longevity pay
- Increased temporary lead pay for entire shift instead of hours assigned as lead
- Training premium increased to entire shift instead of hours assigned as trainer
- New personal days off per year (unpaid)
- Vacation cash out at any time in the year
- Improved 401k plan with 100% match on first 3% employee contribution, 50% match on next 2% employee contribution

Voting for the new tentative agreement will take place on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at the LAS tank farm break room. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PST.
