The ratification vote for your new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) will be conducted online on Friday, August 14, 2026. Voting will open at 0800 Central Time and close at 1700 Central Time.
Once voting opens on August 14, you will receive an email from Election Buddy with a link to the online voting site. Click the link and follow the instructions to cast your vote. Once the voting window closes, we will tally the votes, post the results on our website, and email them to each member.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! You must be a dues-paying IAM member to vote. If you have not submitted an IAM Membership Application, you can do so online today! Click the link or scan the QR code below to go to the Membership page on our website. There you will find a link to the membership application, along with a short tutorial to help you complete it successfully.
