The TWU-IAM Association Tech Ops Contract Proposals/Survey remains open through August 31, 2026, for members to submit for the upcoming 2027 contract negotiations.

As negotiations approach, member involvement is more important than ever. The Association Negotiating Committee relies on feedback from the membership to identify priorities, address concerns, and develop bargaining proposals that reflect the needs and expectations of the workforce.
We strongly encourage all members to participate in this process. Do not assume that someone else will submit a suggestion on your behalf or raise an issue that is important to you. The strength of our negotiations depends on the collective voice of the membership, and every submission helps provide a clearer understanding of what matters most to our members.
