District 142 would like to provide the membership with the following update regarding the Pass Privilege arbitration.
The arbitration hearing has been formally scheduled for August 25, 2026, and will be held in Dallas, Texas. The case will be heard by Arbitrator Joyce Klein.
At this time, preparations for the hearing are ongoing. The District remains committed to advocating strongly on behalf of our members throughout this process and to ensuring that the facts and contractual arguments are presented thoroughly and effectively.
Should there be any changes to the hearing date, location, or other relevant developments, District 142 will promptly communicate those updates to the membership.
