As the Union prepares for negotiations with Swissport, it is important for us to know what issues in your job and work life are most important to you. We have created a simple survey for you to rank those issues by importance. This gives us valuable feedback on what you, the membership, most want and need in your first Contract, also known as a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Scan the QR code or click the link below it to access the survey on a computer, smartphone, or tablet. While the survey is short and easy to complete, please be mindful of how you rank the issues presented. Your rankings will determine how we approach negotiations once talks begin with the Company.
After you complete the survey, we strongly encourage you to visit IAM District 142’s website at www.atd142.org and click on the buttons at the top of the homepage to sign up for email bulletins and text messaging alerts. This is the best way for you to receive timely, up-to-date information regarding your IAM membership, contract negotiations, and other opportunities available to you through your Union.
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, June 5, 2026. Once the deadline passes, and we have compiled the data from the survey, we will be posting an official Call for Contract Proposals.
