Upon the closing of the voting window today at 5:00 p.m. Central Time, the votes were tabulated, and the tentative agreement (TA2) was ratified by a majority of the members who voted.
Your participation in the survey was helpful in preparing for the return to the bargaining table and in addressing the issues that led to the rejection of TA1. Your negotiating committee wishes to thank everyone for their support and solidarity with your negotiating committee’s recommendation and endorsement of TA2.
Your Union Leadership will work with the Company to ensure that the provisions of this contract are implemented correctly and in a timely manner. We appreciate your continued support and patience as we work through this process.
