Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Following the conclusion of negotiations and the Tentative Agreement (TA), we wanted to share the timeline and details concerning ratification. Your negotiating committee members will be available at the Homestead CBP site beginning on the morning of June 10 and continuing on June 11 until late afternoon (specific times for both dates TBD).
Voting on the TA will commence on Thursday, June 11 at 1700 EDT and run until June 13 at 0500 EDT. The ratification will be conducted electronically, which requires everyone to provide their personal email and cell phone number. Thanks to everyone who has already done so. If you haven’t yet done so, please contact a member of the negotiating committee.
You must be a dues-paying IAM member to vote. Shortly after voting opens on June 11, you will receive an email and/or text message from Election Buddy with a link to the online voting site. Click the link and follow the instructions to cast your vote.
After the voting window closes on June 13, we will tally the votes, post the results on our website, and email them to each member and/or text them.
If you are not currently a member of the IAM, you can complete a membership application online and join today! Click the link or scan the QR code below to go to the Membership page on our website. There you will find a link to the membership application, along with a short tutorial to help you complete it successfully.

A draft version of the TA document is now available on the District 142 website at https://atd142.org/amentum/. Please take time to review the agreement and make note of the changes. Your negotiating committee again fully endorses this TA and encourages all members to vote YES!
