TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED FOR IAM DISTRICT 142 MEMBERS AT ALLIED AVIATION IAH

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

IAM District 142 is proud to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement for our members at Allied Aviation Fueling in Houston (IAH). Highlights of this new tentative agreement include:

  • Wage increases on average of 25.34% across all classifications since the last increase in 2021.
  • Wage increases for all out-of-scale/topped-out employees of $0.50/year for the life of the contract..
  • Date of ratification signing bonus as follows
    • 1 – 5 years: $250.00
    • 5 – 10 years: $500.00
    • 10 – 20 years: $1000.00
    • Above 20 years: $2000.00
  • Article 9 – Vacation completely rewritten with updated rules and procedures.
  • Article 26 – Compliance and Enforcement completely rewritten with an updated system-wide grievance procedure.

There will be a ratification vote at the Allied property in Houston (IAH) on May 1, 2024, from 8:00 am to noon, Central Time. District 142 General Chair Mark Strength will be on hand to conduct the vote and answer any questions you may have about this new agreement.

As soon as the votes are tallied we will notify the Company and Air Transport Territory leadership of the results and then post a bulletin on the District 142 website and email the results to our Allied Aviation email list.
