Dear brothers and sisters
The TechOps Association Negotiating Committee met this week in Pittsburgh to continue the important work of preparing for upcoming negotiations. During the meeting, the Committee reviewed and discussed information and proposals submitted by the various Subcommittees, helping shape a comprehensive strategy that reflects our membership’s priorities and concerns.
This work is a critical step in the bargaining process, and your Committee remains focused on securing an industry-leading contract that recognizes our members’ value, skill, and dedication. The Negotiating Committee will continue meeting regularly to evaluate proposals, refine priorities, and advance discussions as preparations move forward.
This week, the Negotiating Committee reviewed proposals from the Subcommittees and worked on Articles 1 through 6 and Article 23 across all four Tech Ops contracts.
We appreciate our Members’ continued support, patience, and solidarity throughout this process. Together, we remain united and committed to achieving the strong contract our members have earned and deserve.
In Solidarity,
The TWU – IAM Techops Negotiating Committee
