Dear brothers and sisters
Effective October 6, 2026, the Association Negotiating Committee is pleased to welcome two new IAM Representatives to the Main Committee. Boris Kochanoff will replace Jeff James, and Brian Lewis will replace Mark Ball.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Jeff and Mark for their dedication, hard work, and service on the Main Committee. Their commitment to representing our members and advancing our priorities has been invaluable, and we thank them for their many contributions.
As Boris and Brian step into these roles, we are confident they will continue the strong work already underway. Both bring valuable experience, a deep commitment to our membership, and a determination to help secure the best possible outcome for our members.
The Committee remains focused on protecting the interests of the membership and negotiating a strong, fair contract. Through solidarity, unity, and the collective strength of our members, we will continue moving forward together.
