Dear Sisters and Brothers:
District 142 previously announced the Locals required to hold an Endorsement Election on October 16, 2026, as those Locals nominated more candidates than there are available positions. Sample ballots for each Local required to hold an Endorsement Election are now available on the District 142 website.
Please visit https://atd142.org/2026-district-142-general-election-nomination-endorsement-vote/ and click the link for your Local to view its sample ballot, election circulars and reminders, and polling location.
Locals that nominated the exact number of candidates needed to fill the available positions are considered to have endorsed those candidates and will not hold a separate Endorsement Election. Locals that did not nominate any candidates will not hold an Endorsement Election.
If you require an absentee ballot for the Endorsement Election on October 16 or the General Election on December 11, please complete the online form to request that a ballot be mailed to your home. The online absentee ballot request form is available at https://bit.ly/district142-absentee-ballot.
