Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM District 142 is proud to announce that our members at Menzies Aviation IAH have overwhelmingly voted YES to ratify a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
This new three-year Agreement includes wage increases on the Date of Ratification (DOR) and each year afterwards through 2029; a pay premium for Designated Trainers; an additional holiday; vacation days; improved language for accruing personal days; EAP language; and more.
District 142 General Chairs will continue working with Menzies leadership to ensure the new contract language is implemented promptly and that our members receive comprehensive support.
We want to thank all our members who attended the two webinars, asked questions, and shared updates with fellow members. Your support was vital in the lead-up to the ratification vote.
