Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiating Committee met virtually with Menzies on September 16 and 17 to continue negotiations regarding wages and the remaining open items in our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
We are pleased to report that significant progress has been made. While a few items still require final resolution, the gap between the parties has narrowed considerably.
Your Committee remains committed to securing an agreement that recognizes the value of our members’ contributions and provides meaningful improvements to wages, benefits, and working conditions.
We appreciate your continued patience, solidarity, and support throughout this process. As soon as we have further progress or a tentative agreement to present, we will update the membership.
