IAM/PSA AIRLINES STORES NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

Your PSA Stores Negotiating Committee met on Wednesday June 24, 2026 and Thursday June 25, 2026, in Charlotte, NC, for our latest Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Negotiations.

This past week, your Committee and PSA exchanged multiple passes on the following Articles:

  • Article 6   – Field Service
  • Article 9   – Seniority
  • Article 10 – Vacancies and Posted Jobs
  • Article 15 – Grievance and Arbitration Procedure
  • Article 24 – General and miscellaneous
  • Article 25 – Wages

This past week we were able to reach a Tentative Agreement on Article 10 and are very close to an agreement on some of the other open articles.  This past week we also passed the remaining piece of the economic package.  While we have passed the economics and wait for the companies counter, we remain dedicated to bridging the divide in the remaining non-economic articles.

***Please be aware that if management is talking to you about discipline or something that could lead to discipline in the future, you should be requesting a Union Steward to be present. ***

The Stores Transition Letter of Agreement (TLOA) authorizes Union Stewards to represent employees and outlines a grievance procedure. This is available on the IAM District 142 website at https://atd142.org/psa-airlinesstores/.

***A Mx Department Union Steward is allowed to represent you while we work on completing your contract and setting up your own system of Union Stewards.***

We strongly encourage you to visit IAM District 142’s website at www.atd142.org and click on the buttons at the top of the homepage to sign up for email bulletins and text messaging alerts. Remember, the only accurate source of information on these negotiations will be from District 142 and your Negotiating Committee.

Sincerely and fraternally,
