Due to the strong interest following our recent online proposal writing webinar, and to ensure that all participants have sufficient time to contribute and have their voices heard, we are extending the proposal submission deadline to July 12, 2026. To date, we have received approximately 300 submissions, compared to more than 2,000 submissions during the previous call for proposals. We hope that this extension will provide additional time for participants to prepare and submit high-quality proposals.
Submitting contract proposals is a crucial way for you, as IAM members at Southwest Airlines, to be directly involved in negotiations. Your proposals provide critical information to our negotiating team, including language that may be outdated and need to be removed or updated, language that is effective but could still be improved, and new language that should be added to the contract.
To submit proposals, click the link below, complete the form, and submit it. You may submit as many proposals as you wish, but each proposal must be submitted separately. The deadline for submission is July12, 2026
