We wanted to let you know about a change in Shop Steward representation, as Deanna Dye is no longer serving in that role.
In the event Erica Small is unavailable or away from work, members who need representation or assistance with a grievance investigation should contact their General Chair. Please include a description of the issue, along with the applicable Article, Section, and Paragraphs of the Agreement. The Company has also informed the District that it will send a communication to the NCP group regarding the implementation of the Letter of Agreement (LOA) for the Non-Elective Contribution (NEC), including eligibility information.
