Re: Upcoming Negotiations with American Airlines
TWU-IAM Association Brothers and Sisters:
The TWU/IAM Association leadership met in Phoenix, Arizona, during the week of May 25 to discuss preparations for the upcoming American Airlines contract negotiations.
Throughout the week, productive discussions were held regarding the structure of the negotiating committee, the timeline for proposal submissions, and the major issues affecting our members across the system. Leadership from the TWU and IAM worked collaboratively to identify and prioritize the key concerns that will shape our bargaining agenda moving forward.
Our goal remains clear: to ensure the voices and priorities of our members are represented throughout the negotiation process.
Once the negotiating committee and subcommittees are finalized, we will announce the names of all representatives selected to serve.
We appreciate the continued support and solidarity of our membership as we prepare for these crucial negotiations.
